New security vehicle gives more reasons to laugh at mall cops.

This is the Viseo electric vehicle, by French manufacturer Iris. The $50,000 vehicle allows the user to ascend 11 feet, even while moving at 15 mph.

The vehicle is being aimed at shopping centers, airport, and theme parks.
