I never have availed myself as a savant out loud,
but I feel I must hail myself for once; and flaunt as proud.
I know the world is crashing in, and you might be disavowed,
many of us have already been purged, which shouldn’t be allowed,
but I cannot fix that; sadly, I haven’t been endowed
with powers to undo this wrong. I feel forever cowed.
All I can is do my best to brighten up this cloud;
so I will keep on playing, as long as I have a crowd.
