there is no evidence suggesting that merle hates kids. i mean, he made an adventurers’ camp for kids.
which makes his hatred for angus so much more fucking weird.
There is actually a reason for this! They answered this question in the second ttazz. This is a part of the transcript for the episode:
“Justin: Uh, Dad, why does Merle not like Angus? {39:07}
Clint: Oh – um, actually that was a very legitimate character choice, ‘cause I’ve always kinda played Magnus— I mean played Merle as—
Griffin: [crosstalk] Ha ha ha ha ha ha!
Clint: [crosstalk] See, I do it too.
Justin: [crosstalk] Fuck you guys still, to the moon.
Clint: See, I do it too. As a character who was really kind of insecure about his place on the team. He was never much of a team guy, and saw anybody that joined the party with distrust. If you look back, even Killian coming on, anybody that came on—
Griffin: Wow, I never—fuck, man.
Clint: I made the- I made the choice that Merle would always feel so insecure that, you know—what do they need him for? He’s a failed cleric, he’s short, [someone hitting their knee?] 90% of the spells he casts are failures, so anytime anybody came along with any level of competency, he saw that character as a threat to his position in the group.”
I bolded the more relevant parts but the transcript itself is made by tazscripts. I hope this helps!
apparently the answer to “what would a fusion of a young seam and jevil look like” is feline trickster. an appropriate answer but terrifying in practice.
probably would have some dumb name like “stitches” or “cahoots” or something like that and the battle theme would absolutely be called something like “royal theater”. terrifyingly nimble and graceful, talks like zacharie from off, bounces around the screen constantly. good luck fighting this asshole.
Found this reddit post. This kinda makes me feel better. And it’s something I think about sometimes because I always feel like regardless of how hard I work on something I don’t get anywhere.
I eagerly await for the time when a Muslim owned business tries to impose it’s constitutionally protected “religious freedoms” over Christian employees…I am soo certain the US Supreme Court will stand right behind them too😒
This place just keeps getting worse and worse.
Because I don’t think people know about this suit.
